Given my training as a cook and waiter as well as my sound
professional experience as team-leader in the preparation of
all types of hot and cold dishes and 8 years activity as head
chef in first class and congress hotels, I am convinced that I
meet your requirements. I am used to market fresh and high
quality cooking. As an organiser, I am especially able to motivate
and challenge existing kitchen staff to work together in producing
a wide range of dishes. Moreover, I also have experience in
international cooking. I am familiar with fresh and salt water
fish specialities as indeed I am with Mexican food and Philippine
and other Asian dishes. I especially enjoy creating modern, healthy
delicacies.

In August 1996 I married into a norwegian family and therefore would
like to achieve a new challenge in a norwegian first-class hotel, to
which I can devote my full interest.
